# Abandoned carts

> Recover abandoned carts in 86d with scheduled reminder emails. Detects carts left idle and triggers a multi-step recovery sequence.

The Abandoned Carts [Module](/docs/concepts/modules) finds carts left idle past a threshold and starts a reminder sequence you configure. With `@86d-store/notifications` installed and a `RESEND_API_KEY` set, it sends the reminders by email. Its admin tools let you inspect recovery rates and override the reminder sequence for a single cart.

## Installation
