# Tickets

> Customer support tickets for 86d: threaded messages between Customer and Store Admin, with status tracking and auto-routing.

The Tickets [Module](/docs/concepts/modules) is [Customer](/docs/resources/glossary#customer) support. A Customer opens a ticket, replies thread between them and your [Store Admin](/docs/concepts/admin) team, and the ticket moves through `open -> waiting_on_customer -> resolved -> closed`. A ticket can also link to one [Order](/docs/concepts/commerce-model).

## Store endpoints
