Self-service knowledge base with search for an 86d Storefront. Group questions, embed them on product pages, and show them in support flows.
The FAQ Module manages a self-service knowledge base on your Storefront. You can group questions under headings such as “Shipping”, “Returns”, and “Account”, embed them on product detail pages, or publish them as a standalone
