The Tickets Module is Customer support. A Customer opens a ticket, replies thread between them and your Store Admin team, and the ticket moves through open -> waiting_on_customer -> resolved -> closed. A ticket can also link to one Order. Source: modules/tickets · npm: @86d-store/tickets
