The Returns Module is return merchandise authorization (RMA). A Customer requests a return from their Order detail page. The request then moves through requested -> approved -> shipped_back -> received -> refunded -> completed, or ends at rejected. Refunds run through the Payments Module (@86d-store/payments), and an exchange creates a new Order automatically. Source: modules/returns · npm: @86d-store/returns
