The repository contains provider code for live rate evaluation. Quotes exist for USPS Priority Mail evaluation. Label purchase, buyShipment, mutating webhooks, and refunds remain unavailable. Use sandbox credentials only: a provider package or a successful API response does not establish Stable behavior for quoting, label purchase, refunds, tracking, webhooks, or postage adjustments.
